Run it with a group

The facilitated session is still the product.

A case on your own is one person arguing with the game. A workshop is eight people arguing with each other, and the discussion is what everybody remembers.

What happens

A group reads a case, votes in secret, and then has to defend it out loud.

The facilitated discussion is the product. Everything else on this site is a way in.
