Built at Greenwich, funded to be given away.
ethixCube was developed at the University of Greenwich through interdisciplinary research in ethics, responsible innovation, sustainability, and organisational practice.
A group reads a dilemma, votes in secret, and then has to say why.
Each person picks up a coloured cube standing for the kind of moral reasoning behind their choice, and then they argue. The facilitated discussion is the product. Everything else, the board, the cards, the cubes, the cases on this site, exists to get a room to that argument faster.
It is a physical object first. Every board and card is designed, printed and trimmed at Greenwich before it reaches a table, and it has been played in boardrooms, at international conferences and with students on campus.
